Jolley's Boathouse is a popular restaurant situated by the serene River Torrens, just a stone’s throw away from Parliament House and the Festival Theatre. It serves Modern Australian fare in a converted boathouse.

The Food
  • The Chermoula gave the chicken a lovely, spicy flavour and the addition of pearl couscous added an element of novelty
  • King George Whiting is unique to Australia and is mainly found along the south coast of the country. The fish was cooked to retain its natural flavour and its texture was silky smooth
  • The duck was succulent and tender and the tamarind and pineapple sauce imparted a fresh and tangy flavour that harmonized the dish
